NOAH’S ARK CHRISTIAN PRESCHOOL AND DAYCARE
THREE YEAR OLD PROGRAM
• All children enrolled at Noah’s Ark participate in our preschool curriculum.
• Noah’s Ark Christian Preschool uses the A BEKA curriculum. Our day begins with prayer, the pledge of allegiance and several songs. Bible lessons are taught during each preschool session.• Emphasis is on social and language development. Stories teach lessons on kindness, sharing, loving God, obedience, truthfulness and helping others. Finger plays and poetry are used to add fun and instill a love for language.
• Numbers and skills include tracing pathways, dot-to-dot, and coloring large simple forms.
• Beginning letters and sounds skills are taught with emphasis on letter recognition. Activities using finger-paint, glue and crayons, and writing practice are used daily.
The 3-Year-Old Preschool Program is designed to help children with the socialization process and to ease them into the learning environment through a positive, fun learning experience. In addition to the areas mentioned above, we work on basic skills such as:

Shapes Observation (science)

Weather (playdough, finger-paint, etc.)

All children enrolled at Noah’s Ark receive our full preschool curriculum. Since Noah’s Ark is a full day pre-school program, our children receive a nutritious lunch, a nap time, afternoon snacks and additional experience in the areas of:
Fine motor manipulation Socialization
Additional large-motor exercise Library time
Center time (science, math, reading, etc.) Occasional movie times
